How it works

i.

Tell us the role

A few questions about your company, the seat, and what good looks like in twelve months. Takes three minutes.

ii.

Watch your System write itself

The right panel fills as you answer. Scorecard, JD, interview guide, thirty / sixty / ninety. Edit any section in place.

iii.

Use it yourself, or hand it to our team

One click to download. Share a link with your hiring panel. Or book a call and have our team run the search for you.

The method

The Ideal Candidate Profile threads through everything.

Most hiring programs start with a job description. But a job description is generic, too long, and rarely sets the three KPIs that tell the candidate what success looks like.

That's why the Ideal Candidate Profile threads through everything in our method.

  1. The Foundation

Mission, vision, core values, who thrives here.

  2. Target Setting

Ideal Candidate Profile, role competencies, scorecard.

  3. Roadmapping

    30/60/90/6mo/1yr onboarding plan with KPIs.

  4. Recruiting

    Job description, outreach, sourcing.

  5. Decision Making

    Interview kit, scorecard, evaluation rubric.

  6. Post-Hire

Retention checklists, touchpoints, attraction and retention.

Common questions

Things people ask first.

Is it really free?
Yes. Build as many Systems as you want. We make money when companies hire us to run the search. Most people use the free tool and never talk to us. That is the point.
Who is this for?
HR leads and hiring managers who run their own searches. Not outside recruiters. If you want a real playbook instead of guessing, this is for you.
How long does it take?
About fifteen minutes for a full System. You answer questions about the role and the company. The System builds alongside you. Edit anything before you download.
Will it replace Greenhouse or Workday?
No. Keep your ATS. The Talent Traction System gives you the method those tools assume you already have. They sit side by side, not against each other.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. We never sell or share company data. Shared System links expire after ninety days. Full details on the privacy page.
Can I see what a finished System looks like?
Yes. Three sample Systems live on the samples page. Open any of them. That is what you get.
What if I want you to run the search?
There is a "Have Talent Traction run this search" link in the builder and on every finished System. Book fifteen minutes with the team to see if we are a fit. No pressure.
